A useful comparison is symmetric: the same fleet scenario, evidence standard, capability states, commercial assumptions, and pilot tasks apply to every product. It should explain why different architectures win under different fleet conditions.
Compare native, configured, partner-delivered, package-dependent, undocumented, and untested capability separately. Then connect those states to implementation ownership, user workflow, data governance, support boundaries, and three-year cost.
Do not infer parity from feature names or infer weakness from sparse public documentation. Record geography, hardware, plan, source date, and unresolved claims. Ask both vendors for the same exports, security evidence, implementation plan, and contract schedule.
Select the comparison that matches the actual decision, copy its role-based demo tasks into an acceptance sheet, and add your asset, branch, integration, and exception cases before meeting vendors.
