## Read reviews as scoped operating-model assessments

Each review should answer where the product sits in the fleet stack, which workflows are genuinely deep, what depends on configuration or partners, what implementation ownership it assumes, and which fleet profiles should not buy it.

### System mechanics

Use review dates and source lists to distinguish current documented capability from durable architectural analysis. Compare a product's system of record, data model, hardware, role workflows, integrations, administration, pricing structure, and exit path.

### Control points

Do not convert public documentation into a hands-on claim. Treat missing public pricing, regional scope, packaging, and partner responsibility as items to verify. Use user reviews only to generate test hypotheses, not universal conclusions.

### Acceptance test

Turn the review's tradeoffs into a demo script using your assets, users, integrations, and exceptions. Require written answers and exported pilot data before treating a feature as delivered.
